Adaptive Modality Selection Algorithm in Robot-Assisted Cognitive Training
Published in IROS 2018, 2018
This paper proposes an Adaptive Modality Selection (AMS) algorithm that chooses interaction modalities depending on the state of the user and the environment, as well as user preferences. The algorithm was evaluated in simulation and deployed on a robotic system that provides cognitive training through sequential memory exercises.
