About
I am a PhD student and research assistant at the Autonomous Learning Robots (ALR) Lab at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), supervised by Prof. Gerhard Neumann. My research focuses on interactive reinforcement learning with demonstrations and preferences: enabling robots to learn new skills from the kinds of feedback humans can naturally provide. I am a member of the Collaborative Research Center SFB 1574 “Circular Factory for the Perpetual Product”.
From October 2025 to February 2026, I was a visiting researcher at the Cambridge Resilient Autonomous Learning (CamRAL) Lab at the University of Cambridge, hosted by Dr. Rika Antonova.
Before joining KIT, I was at the Bosch Center for Artificial Intelligence (2020–2023), where I worked on robot learning from human feedback with Dr. Andras Gabor Kupcsik, under the academic supervision of Prof. Gerhard Neumann. Earlier, I was an early stage researcher at the Institut de Robòtica i Informàtica Industrial (CSIC-UPC) in Barcelona, working with Prof. Carme Torras on robot adaptation through multimodal interaction as part of the EU H2020 project SOCRATES. I hold B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computing from the University of Belgrade.

- 2026: PAWS: Preference Learning with Advantage-Weighted Segments accepted at ICML 2026.
- Oct 2025: Started a research stay at the CamRAL Lab, University of Cambridge, hosted by Dr. Rika Antonova (until Feb 2026).
